HD Negroni
Ingredients:
30 ml East Block 200 - Gin
35 ml L'Opera - Bitter Orange Aperitif
25 ml Rubis Rouge - Sweet Vermouth
Method:
Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir until well chilled. Strain into an old-fashioned glass over a single large ice cube.
Garnish with orange zest.

L’Opera a bitter-sweet infusion of New Zealand grown organic Seville oranges, selected roots and flowers. Vibrant notes of fresh orange, tangerine and red apple combine with the bitterness of liquorice, wormwood and gentian.
Rubis infuses premium organic Hawke’s Bay wine with handpicked roots, fruits, flowers and herbs. Deep, complex and perfectly bittersweet, displaying flavours of ripe red berries, bitter orange, clove, anise and savoury herb notes.
